This qualification reflects the role of skilled operators who use a range of well-developed hospitality skills. They use discretion and judgement and have a sound knowledge of industry operations. They work with some independence and under limited supervision and may provide operational advice and support to team members.

Job roles 

This qualification provides a pathway to work in organisations such as restaurants, hotels, motels, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops. It provides options for specialisation in areas such as accommodation services, food and beverage and gaming. The qualification also allows an outcome for small businesses requiring multi-skilled employees.

    Upon successful completion of this course you will be awarded with the nationally recognised SIT30713 Certificate III in Hospitality qualification.

    Awards Granted: Upon successful completion of this course you will be awarded with a Testamur and Record of Results reflecting the award of the nationally recognised SIT30713 Certificate III in Hospitality qualification within 30 days of your course completion date. If you don’t successfully complete your course but you do successfully complete one or more units or modules in your course then you will be issued with a Statement of Attainment showing the units or modules that you have successfully completed within 30 days of your course completion date.

    Full payment for courses up to $1,500.00 must be made before the commencement of the course. For courses that cost over $1,500.00, MBC Accredited Training will hold an initial deposit of $1,500.00, with full payment being made after the course has been delivered.
